im only tying to make my car a dd car no racing. so with that in mind whats the best type of coils to buy. i know they all have their pros and cons but i was hoping to get some feed back on other peoples accords and what your opinion is.

Hmm, what's your budget?
FF Type 1 (~$600), Megan EZ Street (~$650-700), and Tein Basics/Street Basis (~$650-800)... only EZ streets have dampening adjustability out of the 3. Since your car is a DD, I would probably go with Teins, which are known to be soft but it won't exactly slam your car.
A lot of people on here seem to like FF though, but based on personal experience, I'd recommend Tein.
To tell the truth, you can't go wrong with either 3, judging from scattered reviews throughout the forum.
