    Update: got tired of the wiring being giving me issues so I decided to redo everything. I made a pretty big dent in moving all the wires. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    Update: finally finished the wiring harness. It looks so much better then the previous one. I’ll post pics of the old harness so people can see the difference. The old harness had a lot of paper clips where pins should have been, duct taped wires and other things. I decided to do this one right. Still a few loose wires that have to be hardwired because the f20b pinouts I have were hard enough to find but some of the acronyms don’t seem to add up so I just hardwire those. [​IMG]

    Wiring is really annoying inside the car. Outside on the bench it’s fine but when it comes time to start the car that’s when the real problems start. This one is much better than the old one but it’s slowly turning into the old harness because a lot of these pins don’t make sense since the f20b was never sold stateside. They use different acronyms like tw for thermal water which to us is ect. Th angle which is tps and so on. A lot of it ends up being hardwired into the harness. Sorting out the last issues now.     Update: everything is wired up shrink tubed and or crimped. Hesitation issue still remains. Although it’s cleared up a lot, everything else seems to be working fine. Putting the interior back together as we speak. Harness and wires are zip tied out of the way. Ecu now rests under the radio. I’ll post pictures tomorrow when I’m done although it’s probably redundant as I already have interior pics. I’ll post them anyways for those interested in the progress. I’m thinking of swapping this out for a j series. I realize the f20b is probably the best I’ll get as far as 4 cylinder motors are concerned. It’s either torque high hp motors with Sh1t sleeves or ok performance with iron sleeves. I’ll either for j32 or k20. I know the k20 swap in an accord is rare if it’s even been done before.

    I think the biggest thing with wiring is patience and having no fear. The first time I took my wiring harness out for my h23 I’ll admit I was a little afraid. Looking at the jumble of wires and saying damn, how am I going to know which is which. Then I was like well the cars not running anyway so I have time. I figured all the wires I couldn’t figure out I would run new ones and problem solved.

    The f20b was a little more trouble but in the end I ended up figuring everything out lol. Thanks for the kind words!

    Double post special: got some pics of the interior back together. Since the f20b is mad Jdm son, the harness is on the other side of the car and barely reaches on the passenger side so drivers side it was. Managed to get everything clear of the pedals and put the ecu where I can get to it easily to change out chips, etc. only thing left is the fuse box. [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
