^I wonder why Progress didn’t make their RSB hollow.

I wonder what the thickness is...

But i wouldn't worry about it unless you see bends. I would paint it black with rustoleum to get that rust stopped (brush on).

As for the movement it points somewhere else. Jack it, leave the wheel on, does it move when you pry on it? Pull the wheel off, what moves?

Hmm ok. Well when I pull the brackets and bushings off I’ll have a better look at its condition. Btw the OEM front sway bar is 27.2mm I think.

Cheaper production cost plus the oem rsb is solid anyways. Solid rsb won't hurt a cars handling like a solid fsb would. The less weight on the front end of a car the more nimble the steering will feel
