neither..its fiberglass..but suppose to be more flexible than normal.

For the front lip, you guys might wana try the 5th gen Prelude Wing West front lip. I got that idea from sikjdm a year ago, i think. It looks clean and almost oem too. I couldnt find one for cheap in Toronto. May be US guys have better luck to find one?
