and made a new setup!!

still gotta fine tune it. i need a lot of padding and rattle adjustment since the subs now point up and rattle the trunk a lot more. either way, i got a lot of extra space, and my car is lighter. i used plywood for the floor and just used the old carpet from on top of the old floor panel to cover it. the whole thing is secured down on all sides by bolts.

and im going to add either one or two ports somewhere on the floor to give it some more acoustic sound and to cut vibrations. they shoudl arrive later this week or next.

wow, amazing job.. only thing i would recommend is to cover the speakers up with something so tht u don't scratch them up... u still need to put stuff in the trunk once in a while, rite? also, u better have free towing with ur insurance policy since u dun have a spare tire

Those subs, amp, and plywood weigh much more than that spare. You gained weight, not saved.

Looks good. Just don't forget they're there and throw something in the trunk one day.
