I had an Accord 99 Sedan w/ Accord 2002 Coupe cluster. What I did for the temperature gauge was, I use the Accord 99 Sedan's Gas and Temperature motors and use the Accord 2002 coupe's Gas and temperature needles and gauge faces.

First, I remove the Gas and Temp gauge assembly from both, the sedan and the coupe's clusters (4 cylinder Accords have Tachometer, Speedometer, and Gas and Temperature Gauges as a separate Assembly (3) and V6 has them as one unit).

Assuming that you did not touch the needles on the Sedan's Gas and Temp gauges, remove the needles on the coupe's gauge assembly, then mark on the coupe's gas face gauge of the current amount of you have in your car based on the Sedan's gas gauge. Now remove the needles and the gauge face from the Sedan's assembly.

If you still want to show the rear two doors indicators, you can flip over the coupe's gauge face and u'll notice that below the front door indicators, there are raised bumps that resembles the rear door indicators. I just use some sharp object and scratch it and match the shape of the doors.

Then replace the coupe's gauge face on the sedan's temp n gas assembly motors. Then put everything back together EXCEPT the clear cover of the cluster. Dont put the needles back yet. Put the cluster back into the car, plug everything back in, then turn on the car and engine. Make sure engine is warmed up. Then replace the needles on the gas and temp, the temp should be in the middle of the H and C area, assuming your car is warmed up but not overheating. Then turn your car off and see if the temp needle drops to C smoothly, if so, you are finish with the temp calibration. If not, try pulling it out a little bit. For the gas gauge, fill up, and see if the needle goes to Full. If it does, then turn off your ignition key to 0, then very very GENTLY and SLOWLY, push the gas gauge to Empty. Then turn the engine back on, and it should go to Full again.

Sorry for the long post, but hope this helps!

lol just ignore him. :squintwave:

Who the hell are you to talk lets see you post your LED Gauges/Center Console

I spent a lot of time and money on my LED interior, and I'm still working on new methods to improve my setup, probably why no one comes close to matching the quality of my gauges

Who do think was the first person to realize you could use clear red tape on the gauge needles ?

I pulled my needles off fine, and was able to recalibrate all 4 gauges too.

First person to do a full white LED interior ?

Plus several DIY threads so that others could benefit

And unlike you I'm not talking out of my a.s.s with nothing to back it up with

For those of you that have researched the customization of the 6GA cluster for any length of time, Shenaniganz is the man. He was the first one I saw post about how the orange layer needs to stay in the needles for proper light dispersal, but could be covered with clear red tape. And I haven't seen anyone do the true white conversion/reversed polarization of the LCD as well as him.

The APC pod can look good if customized a bit, but I've heard fitment is an issue.
