Gauge Overlays and Fluorescent Needles

I just finished this the other day. I put on new gauge overlays and painted my needles. I also reverse polarized the odometer LCD.

LEDs used to cause the fluorescent effect on the needles.

You can take the front polarizing filter off the LCD screen and flip it over and put it back on. I did not reuse the filter because I bought some adhesive polarized film.

looks good, I have the same set. the led and the odometer look good, might have to do that too, but I might do white leds to light up the gauge cluster, red reverse polarized odometer, and red needles. nice to see what someone else has done with the same set

No you just slide them around the needles.
