This was my first time trying to shoot an outdoors sport, and I was only there for about an hour. I ended up enjoying it more than I thought I would and will be back out there next week most likely. Looking for comments and criticism, anything that will help.
I was using my XTi and the 55-200 the whole time. The only real problem I had was that when I "properly" exposed for the girls, their white pants almost always became blown out white area. If I underexposed the picture some for the pants to keep some detail, the rest of the picture appeared dark. Not sure how to "fix" this.
Here's my 3 favorite shots of the day, the colors don't look quite as nice as the original so I'm guessing some was lost between the jpeg compression and upload to flickr.
