just put it on and be done with it. There is NOTHING else you need to change. Keep the stock cat, it's more than good enough.

I threw away my stock cat when I got my custom catback installed. I replaced it with a magnaflow universal fit cat. I know, stupid mistake, but that was a long time ago and I've learned my lesson.
