gripForce or exedy ???

^the exedy one is ^ (cut paste link..)

http://www.gripforce.com/clutch.asp

^and the gripforce one^ (gotta enter info, make, model, year...)

looking for oem one....
also, will i need new throw-out bearing ???
(is release bearing same as throw-out bearing??)

reason i ask is because this is the side of my tranny
(makes i guess a chattering sound like its hitting the side of the tranny sometimes, especially if i release clutch to quickly...)

I have SPEC stage 2 and it works pretty good, and the price range is good too...in combination with a lighter flywheel and new tranny fluid you'll feel the difference, but make sure you break-in the clutch.

basically they'll open all the bolts in order to change the clutch so you'll need new fluid...go with honda manual tranny fluid...I don't know the cracking problems but if you feel something on your foot might be the master/slave cylinder or lines..you wanna go with oem clutch or aftermarket?

It's all up to you men...I went with fidanza flywheel and spec and I love it...the pedal pressure is almost the same as stock, but i noticed faster revs

Those are just stress fractures in the aluminum. Your motor will have the same thing. Nothing to worry about.

Do some research men, specially materials and pedal effort. Act, clutchmasters, spec, fidanza are some reliable brands and some people say good things about centerforce but i'm not sure tho. I personally suggest spec since the results were more than I expected, but as for the flywheel I say go with fidanza.
