It does..but not as much as if you were to add the ported IM.

Do the intake first, then I would do exhaust, then header..because you won't see the full potential of the header until you get an exhaust. This is because of the restrictive stock piping. After all the bolt-ons, then do the cam (stage 2 if you are going n/a), which does NOT need a valvetrain upgrade. But, depending on how many miles are on your motor, you might want to consider it.

Well just on all the motor talk as soon as I get done with school and start working again I will be purchashing the stage 2 camshaft from bismo and possibly the valve springs havent decided on that yet and then also when i get my cam im going to get an apexi neo to tune it. I get out the begining of may so hopefully by the end of may I will have the parts and then have them in by the middle june. Already have i/h/e so hopefully I will have some good numbers to put up and hopefully beat up on some unsuspecting cars lol nobody will think twice when they see and unless they hear it while it idels and they can hear the rough idel I just keep it between the accord guys sohc power for life and n/a even though i would kill for a turbo but I wanna go with n/a cause I love the sound and even with turbo it would have to be a big one to keep up with all the dam tsi and evos sti's and everything that has a turbo lol

So ive finally started to research this Gude Package and it really looks like a sham to me. I believe from what I heard from others is theres only a 33whp increase on the Gude. Plus its only a mild porting that they do. The G swap can piss all over this build. Who would buy this. To say 55whp is an understatement, and id only pay 450 if I had to supply the core. Why do some people fall for these builds.

because some people don't know what they are doing with the G23
or how to shop around.
why do some people pay 23,xxx for a Civic SI and others pay 27,xxx for the same Civic SI?
