its not becaues they are bankrupted. its because they are planning to knock it down to build a new mall/condo ish like old town pasadena. or atlantic times square. (ps im down for cha meet even though i hate that place)

yeah thats what i heard too. but payless and cha for tea is still there. i heard cha was moving somewhere but i dont know where.

yeah, they are probably still under contract/ and or refuse to move early until their contract is over.
