I had an F20B installed in my 6th Gen, put out 146 WHEEL TQ and 178 WHEEL HP stock motor, with a SRI cheap crappy DC Sports Header (2" collector) and a 2.25" Exhaust.

Wiring will be 100% identical for BOTH swaps, but the F20B will be mechanically easier to throw in since it came from the same chassis. (essentially, there will be no messing around with alternator brackets, and timing belt side bracket fits bolt in, etc)

PS - The T2T4 tranny has VERY similar ratios to the M2B4 (The M2B4 has VERY slightly shorter 1-2-3 with identical 4-5 and FD)
