Aight answer my questions in a quick reply...
and i have searched...

What are the EXTRA requirements needed to swap an h22 tranny onto our F23 motors?

worth it?as is in when i boost my motor is it reliable??? 6PSI...

same parts you need to swap to an f23 transmission, its a direct swap. and for boost itll stand up as good as any other honda manual tranny. the clutch is the only thing you have to worry about handliong the boost.

my f23 tranny has held up for 3 years w/ boost. It is just now starting to get a little "stiff". I will prob end up getting a JDM h22 trans w/ factory LSD over the winter w/ a new ACT clutch.

True but you guys must understand that im plalnning to swap a h22 motor into the chassis after im done with the F23 MOTOR.....

so what? F and H trannies are interchangeable, so i dun see the point of going for the H22 tranny unless if u're going NA or u want the LSD.... it's really up to u tho

So your saying H22 is more for the N/A route then the Boost..???

H22 = shorter gears = NA

F23 = longer gears = boost
