Have you ported the lower runners and heads yet?

..adding that 3.7 mani and bigger T/B will yield minimal gains w/o porting the rest of the top end. You need to open the heads up on these J series.

So, if it is in your budget/means, have that pNp work done.

I'm not exactly sure what my future plans are for my engine so I haven't touched the internals. The only reason I'm using this mani is because I can close my hood without any modifications to the hood, frame, mounts, ect and its just bad ***. It's smaller in size compared too the j32 and j35 manifold. I believe I'm the 2nd one to do this to their 6th gen? The first one was greg, nokblue, and I'm literally doing his exact build. It was his call on the j35a4 rather then the j32a2.

Nice man. You got a lot of parts pretty quickly. You would save more money doing the swap yourself.:hihi:

The difference between your and mine is, mines a complete manual swap with a J35a4 and all 03 CL-s 6spd parts (engine harness, ecu, trans, shifter, m/c, clutch, dual mass flywheel, clutch lines, crank and cam sensors, front cam pulley, cams, timing crank pulley). The reason I went with all the 03 CL-s parts is so I wouldn't have to run Richies module. Don't get me wrong Richie is a genus with his module but, if something happens, I want to be able to go to the dealer or junkyard and buy the part I need.

Here's what the J35a4 with the 09' TL sh-awd manifold looks like. (maybe a little motivation for others doing a swap)

Good luck with your build James.

Thanks bro you know I'm gona be hitting you up when I run into problems Lmfao. A shop should be doing the wiring but me and my dads friend who's a mechanic will pull everything out and drop it in.
