It's been 4 years, started when my mom still owned it. I am my parents "mechanic". I've babied it for a year now. Mounts have been replaced and I've done drain and fills about 4 times since I took it off her hands last year. Hasn't gotten much worse but no better either. Every time I drive it I anticipate a flashing D4, but it just keeps going (knock on wood). Hopefully it goes out after I save enough for a 6speed swap.

OEM mounts or aftermarket oe style mounts...sometime aftermarket mounts lifespans varies, some good others no so.

All mounts were changed with OEM at the same time about 3 years ago. Originally that was my consensus but I only helped a little and damn were they expensive!

Depends on what mounts you buy. My poly mounts were about $320. But I'm guessing you'd want more of stock replacement, so either OEM, or OE. I've heard good things about Beck-Arnley. Whatever you do, don't buy Duralast or similar.

Maybe a change of ATF, Redline D4 or Amsoil might help to reduce the harsh fiction between shifting in your A/T gearbox.
