well thanks for the help i probably wont buy them. As i said i just think halos or even projectors look nice on are cars. But i especially like it when i see halos on any car mostly. Trust me if there were good halos then i would buy them. I have steered away and have recently been working on polishing up my oem's (there beat lots of sand paper and a mothers ball is helping) and was going to black out them and move to hids, and some really good brights.

The only reason i bring this up is becuase like i said my friend got some and told he thinks the light output is better. Granted he doesnt know **** about **** and had a stereo shop install them. But id figure he would at least know the diffrence in what he sees with his own eyes. I asked him if the light output is was as good he said better, and i asked if they made any weird shapes he said no. So i thought id ask about just what the deal was.

And for whoever said it lol im only price contious about some things on my car. I really do have some big plans for my drive train and i know how much it will end up costing me swap to a manual and build an na motor that will do about 200hp and then build it to handel 200hp of spray. So when i look at headlights costing me 400 (a set of retros) i think wow that money could go into a cam or almost to some pistons. Hell an aem unit is going to cost me 1300 alone. And all these plans are to build a second engine so there gonna cost me even more :).

My problem is my car looks like fn **** and is primed with orange peel all over it. It rides stock height and just in genral needs some beautification. I need some paint and coilovers basically and some rims. I want to snazz it up but im not trying to get crazy. Even the a paint job at macco they quoted me 2600 becuase they told me from what i was saying i wouldnt be happy with nething else lol. Just so much money to spend and i dont know where to start.. To me the power train is most important but when you look at your crapily primed car u got ****ed on and your still payinmg honda for sometimes it bumbs you out and wanna make it look a lil better.

You should really set a goal for yourself. Having all these different dreams is cool and all but it doesn't seem like your focusing on ones that will help you. With a beat to sh!t paintjob and other problems you have halo projectors are going to make your car llok even more like sh!t.

For the love of god get your damn paint fixed, there's nothing worse then a beat up honda that thinks its fast. You should at least look good while thinking that, it will give you some credit. Example:

1. "Oh my god lol, look at that piece of sh!t honda with those gay a$$ projectors. Oh snap he just got smoke by a chevy aveo."

2. "Oh my god that accord is fvcking nice I think I just creamed my panties. Oh snap he just got beat by an aveo, but he probably wasn't racing anyway that car is soooooo clean"

Which would you choose? I get number 2 all the time lol, but seriously set a goal, set a budget, stick to that goal and that budget.:rice:

okay, listen. i used to have the same headlights you posted the link to. they flat out suck. output is horrible considering they're projectors and they are horrible quality. the alignment spring broke after 2 months just from driving around(couldn't handle bumps on the road). now seriously... that's ****ing messed up. if you really want halos either buy tyc's and retro fit the halo's or do a real retro fit in your oem headlights and put halo's in there too. buying those crappy ebay headlights would be considered buying a "ricer" part, hence why people here are telling you not to get them.

halos look cheap and none of us have beamers, so what's the point? Blackhousing is the way to stay classy.
