HELP!! Dash engine temp & fuel guage not working!!

I have a 98 4 door accord EX-L ULEV 4 cyclinder motor. For some time now, my gas gauge doesnt work, correction always shows the wrong fuel, its either shows full tank and its always different during the week. Note my low fuel light doesnt light up either, i have changed the bulb and still nothing. This also happens to the temp gauage, works when it wants to, but mainly its always at the bottom, needle of course. when i lightly tap the top of the dash, the needle flickers and shows the correct temp for a while but them drops down again.

is the dash no good?

not sure what caused it or how to fix it..

Not sure about the rest, but the gas light not working is pretty common I believe. Mine has never worked since I bought the car in 06

pull the cluster, make sure te contacts that go into the back of it are clean, use a dental pick to "fluff" the contacts out in the connector.

If that doesn't work, you're going to need to bust out a multimeter and start checking the temperature sender and the fuel sender and associated harnesses.

Did you ever get it fixed? Just my 2 cents but yeah my light d4 doesn't light up. Also my temp gauge usually stays off until about a five minutes then it shoots up to normal operating temperature.
