Help: De/Re-pin o2 Sensor

Does anyone know how to de-pin an oxygen sensor connector correctly? My google skills must be pretty bad because I couldn't even find anything on there.

I'm probably reading your thread wrong, but are you trying to re-pin from the plug or from the actual O2 sensor ?

Yea I was but ended up making an adapter so the next time the o2 needs to be changed out I won't have to de/repin it again.

Watch this video, he will show you how to de/re pin a harness connector. The only difference will be finding the locking retainer. I think it is the white part in the center of the plug.
