The front one, you have to pull hard, its holding on 3 clips.
The rear one, you have to take off rear back of the seat, and I think on mine there was a bolt holding at the bottom along with 4-5 clips.

front garnishes, start at the top and work your way towards the dash. there's 3 clips (which you'll break) and 2 tabs at the bottom where it kind of hooks into the dash. just pull towards the center of the car and work it out.
rear garnishes, start at the top and pull towards the center of the car. i can't remember whats on the bottom...i dont think i took them off all the way. probably tabs like in front. more clips will break.

youll figure something out 
almost all of my clips for the footwell panels on the drivers side are broken, youll be fine

Lol i just took off the front ones they were very easy but the back ones look tricky

the a-pillar garnishes really only "need" the clip near the roof...so if worse comes to worst, move the good clips up
but that's part of these cars, since honda used such low quality plastic throughout. next time you order from majestic, buy a bunch to save on shipping. on their site, they have diagrams for every panel inside and out. some clips are shared, others are unique.
