Help on suspension and tireee

Ok guys i am ready to drop my car i wanth to go with coilovers and its an everyday drive car right.....what kind of coil overs are decent enough and at a good price that i should go with let me know i need some help also i have 18 inch rims should i go with 215 45 18 or 225 45 18
