Dumb thought here (not sure why it took me so long :p) drill em if you are swapping hubs... No need to get the nub out if you aren't reusing the hub.

so i got the impact driver and got 2 rotors out, one i got one screw out the other is decently stripped, and the other front one both are stripped i guess from all the rust the impact driver was doing more harm than good, now i guess only way to get those screws out are drilling them out right?

i was hopping i could re use the hubs but that looks like its not going to happen right? if i cant reuse the hubs if i drill them out i might as well get the hub and rotor off and just use the assembly and get a new hub i have new rotors in the way.

When you drill them, just do the top. They are m5, I think, so something like m
5.5mm will work, aka 1/4". Once the rotors gone vice grips will work, or the new rotor can go over it. Call it a 'Locating Pin'.

If you're doing a 5 lug swap the drilled screw won't be an issue-
