Welcome to 6GA man, car looks to be in good condition. Hopefully it got no rust spots or any other issues and it's been treating you well :)

One recontamination i'd have is do a tuneup on it if you do not know when the old owner did one. IE. plug, wires, cap, rotor, some fuel injector cleaner, engine air filter(even the cabin one for your own health).
Set your tire pressure to 33-34psi when cold(car been sitting for 3h); and unless you haven't already, check your ball-joints/suspension parts etc for extra play.
Another easy thing is just check and top-up all fluids(oil/tranny fluid/coolant/brake fluid/power steering/washer fluid etc).
Also try and find out when the old owner did a timing belt/water pump change along with any other major items.
This way you can create your own intervals of when things will need to get changed/checked again.

PS. Happy Holidays.

/Well thankfully the guy who owned the car before me had it serviced every 3000 miles at the Honda dealership down the street from his house. As far as the body, it has more little dents than I would want and one decent sized dent on the passenger side rear door but hopefully when I get some money I'll take it to a body shop and get that sorted out. I had seen a video about using a blow dryer and one of those compressed air cans to pop dents but since I don't know any of the details I'd rather not take the chance.

Where on the door is the dent? You can try taking off the door panel and pushing the dent out from behind.
