im in between roc and buffalo, not really any snow yet, my mom lives down by jamestown and i guess they have like 2-3 feet!

i am kind of disappointed in 6ga so far, i looked through almost 14 pages of for sale threads and didnt find one person totally parting out an accord. lol hopefully someone can pull through for me, i posted a wtb thread.

Well an accord that's totally parting out would mean that they are pretty much leaving. So that's never a good thing to see.

But it's good to pick up parts.

What are you looking for from a part-out?

EDIT: Just saw your WTB thread. IMO, find a junkyard. That's the best place for getting parts like you listed. And it will be the cheapest way to get them too. Those things should be pretty easy to get off a junkyard accord. It takes a little bit of effort, but call around every so often and just get an update from junkyards as to what cars theyve received. When an accord pops up, go check it out. It usually turns out to be well worth it if you call weekly or something, because you'll get to a car that's usually pretty fresh and not completely stripped out already.

I wouldn't really bother with a WTB thread for door lock parts and such.

yea i figured it was a shot in the dark, i called the two main junk yards around here and posted on my local forum, the jy's had nothing. all the other car forums i participate in there is always someone parting their car, either they bought a smashed one or its too rotted out to fix etc.
