Hi Flow Cat Suggestions

Its time to change my CAT and i've searched on here about CATS and cant find anything.....trying to look for something that will ACTUALLY give me a HP or 2.....Any suggestions on Hi Flow Cats? Trying to change my whole exhaust with it....using 2.25 piping and the Greddy DT muffler..

i was looking at the random tech ones but theres a metallic and there a ceramic...the metallic says its for race use only...does this mean i wouldnt pass inspection with it? im in NY....and what material is better?
