I ordered some HID's from Andy's Auto Sport, they seemed alright, i wasn't looking for anything expensive or fancy.

I didn't want something like $30 HID's off ebay so I found those, they seemed alright and only $103, and 6000K i believe is legal limit in my province.

Turned out they were discontinued and now i had to switch my order for blackhoused headlights.

So does anyone know another brand of HID's around the same price I could order sometime soon? I searched around forum a bit but didn't find any useful info really. Nothing expensive or fancy, and I dont care about retrofit or any of that stuff, I rather spend my money on other parts.

I would try ddm tuning, I've had them for awhile with no issues and I think they were only 60. I would stay away from andysautosport they never have anything in stock and it takes weeks to get your money back.

^+1 on andysautosport's suckitude.

People have mixed feelings on DDM, but I've personally had a great experience with both my 9006 and D2S kits. One was $35 back in the day, and the other was $40 or $45. And you get a lifetime warranty if you ever do have any problems. No complaints from me.

DDM tuning is a good price and lifetime warranty but Ive had issues. In the past and currently. HIDs are kind of a hard thing; you either get cheap ones or you pay for the expensive ones. There doesnt seem to be a decent, middle-ground.

^Can happen with any HID kit you decide to go with, but definately best to look for a kit that comes with a life time warranty.

Yeah I agree that andysautosport sucks, very slow service. I place an order, 3-4 days later I get an email saying I need ID proof that the credit card was mine, I do that, then 4 days later I get another email saying I need to pay another $37 for shipping because of some complication with the customs at the border, and then 2 days later I get a phone call and email saying my item is discontinued, like wow...

Damn...pathetic. Don't understand why anyone would continue to buy from them.
