hmmm, looks good, although i do think the rivets kinda through the look... perhaps there is away to blend it in the with plastic headlight cover so it looks clean as well as still functional (keeping moisture out would be objective again) lil bit of silicon and some plastic opoxy might do the trick...

outside of cutting the housing that would be good sales if you can mount together successfully and get a mold machine

Pretty cool, but I would need to see it on a car to leave my final verdict.

Nice glass work. I didn't care for the rivets, but the finished product makes them look alright. Did you use stainless rivets so they don't rust up?

i had the same idea last year, but im not good at molding. so it would of just been an open hole. but that looks really nice
