High Pitched intake noise.

my AEM SRI doesn't make any high pitched noise... It's a beautiful low growl (like a "wotttt")I love it.

try a better intake??

You guys don't know what sound im talking about. If someone wants to come for a ride to hear it at the Mall meet on the 28th they are more than welcome to.

I previously said it wasn't from the filter. But i will live with it any way.

you do know that the only thing that matters is the actual filter right?

i hope you didn't pay $200 for a metal pipe because it has an "AEM" sticker on it

I payed $20 for it. No AEM here. And yes I do realize the filter is all that matters.

Guys, stop saying it's "what an intake sounds like" after he says it's a different noise than the common whistle that they make at half-throttle and when the engine is just warming up.

OP, just try and get a good video with the noise so we can actually hear it, lol.

yes its your throttle body and there's no way to get rid of it as far as i know. if you put your oem intake back on and listen carefully enough you'll still be able to hear it. its just a lot louder cause you switched to a metal intake and got rid of the resonator. ...i spent a few days trying to figure out what that noise is too

hondas whistle. with aftermarket intakes, it become more audible. thats it...your ****s not gonna blow up and the only way to fix it is with that restrictiveass oem intake haha.​
