It's on both sides, I'm assuming the clips broke. I think someone bumped my rear end one day, but I don't want to have to completely replace that

Pull that corner of the bumper off, or the entire bumper stick it back on the clip. If the clip is broke just buy a new one they are a few bucks from Honda.

on 98-00 they use 2 clips on the sides,funny angle looking white clips.
01-02 uses a bracket. on each side..Most likely the brackets broke,Hopefully not the bumper lips that clip onto them for 01-02 case.
