This is an epic idea. Tell him you'll refund his money if he ships it back. Upon reception, go to the post office and get a money order for the amount he paid for the light. Smash the light into a million pieces with a ball peen hammer, put pieces in the box (add a tarantula if you're feeling motivated) with the money order and ship it back to him.

It will be worth it.

This is exactly what I am thinking he did.

I had someone try to do this to me on Amazon as well. What he did though was send the wrong book back. I called Amazon immediately after I opened the package and they told me what to do to protect myself. I told that buyer that I had contacted Amazon regarding the issue and that I would process his return and return the "wrong" book that they had returned to me IF they sent me the right book first, then I'd return his and refund his money (less shipping for his wrong book plus the 20% restocking fee Amazon allows sellers to charge). I never heard from him again.

I contacted this buyer asking what was "Misrepresented" and of course have not heard back from him. I already reported him to eBay with the statement that my description and pictures are very clear and that he obviously is trying to scam me or return his mistake. The auction states in the shipping tab that I do not accept returns as well. Hopefully with acting this fast I won't lose any money on this, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. I know eBay is pretty flaky when it comes to protecting sellers..so we'll see.

I have not heard anything nor gotten any return packages from him. I am hoping my message about talking to eBay about my options and them telling me to demand proof scared him off. We'll see! I'll update this if a package shows up or a claim is made against me.
