How to Fix Power window?

Recently My driver side power window stopped working, while the other 3 power window still work, even from the driver's main switches. My driver side power window have auto-down.
How do I analysis what is wrong? motor? wiring? switch?
Any tip is welcomed! thanks guys.

I have the same exact problem now! can anybody provide insight cause honda wants to chrge me $99.00 just to check what the problem is!

when you press the passenger window button down, do you hear a grinding noise? sometimes the track is off of the window. secondly, does the grinding sounds like it's going slower? if it does, the motor is about or is dying. i would take it apart and see what is wrong. if you don't hear any noises, then the motor is dead.

my passenger windows are all fine, it is my driver window that is dead, so you think it is my driver side window's motor? How do I take it it apart, Do I take off the door panel? If yes, how?

oops! i read it wrong. bahah. but yeah, take apart the door panel. there was a link to how to take it apart. i forgot where it is though. but it's pretty simple. there are screws and clips so whatever you can find, just take it apart. i would rate it as 2/10 and 10 as the hardest DIY. good luck! i'll see if i can find the link later on today.

it's prob most likely the window regulator needs to be replaced. not too hard to do

my passenger side regulator had to be replaced
this is $41 shipped on ebay.

i have warranty on car so it was $0 :lolrun:

Even though the other windows work just fine your switch could be dead, I had the same issue on my 5th gen all but my drivers window would work. I hit up a junkyard and got another one for like $30 and everything worked as it should.

So i finally got around to try to get this fixed during winter break.

I believe it is the switch as well, and not the regulator(80% sure). Reason being on the verge of my power window dying, it worked on and off and if i press the switch numerous time, and it would work like normal if i was lucky, full speed and everything.

Im thinking about going to junkyard. I never been to one before, do they allow you to try on the part before u actually buy it? or once you walk out with it, you can't return it at all.
