so i took it to one of the repair shop and all they did is take off the door panel like what i did, then they push the motor against the metal frame of the door and used a rubber mallet to hammer on the motor. i guess it is because there was carbon soot covering the terminal thus preventing electric signal going through. now it works fine, but my tint got scratched when he put the door panel back =[
