How to tint the back lights..DIY

ok everyone is talking about this. but how would you get it off if you didnt want it tinted anymore?

also i got my windows tinted and want it just a tad darker. can i use this on my windows to tint them just a tad darker? i got 35% now and 30 or 25% would be perfect for me

i want to but thats 150 to take it off then another 150 to get illegal tint. the guy at the shop just told me that he can retint over it for 150 and it will give me 15% tint but thats too dark. and that would be using another sheet of 35%
