Ok, I already know you're smirking at the pics wondering where I'm going with this. Bare with me for a minute.

How many of you have heard of a town called Annandale, Virginia? I bet very few. Well I've lived here for almost 22 years. My mom went to Annandale high school. My grandfather was apparently the only dentist in town back in WWII. During the 1950's - ? we housed two missle silos outside town for defense of D.C. Basically thats my small history lesson about where I live.

Why am I telling you this you may ask? Well I was talking with my mom tonight and I found out something very interesting about something far cooler than dentists and missle silos. She went to high school...with Mark Hamill! He went to high school here for 10th grade, then moved to Japan...(??) But still! Nothing interesting EVER happens around here. Nobody famous, nothing special. A Jedi Master ****ing lived in my town. Essentially she sat next to the voice of the Joker from Batman TAS. I also found out recently that there's a parade that the high school sometimes hosts (I went to a different high school) thats basically a Star Wars parade and it marches right through the center of town stopping traffic with an army of Stormtroopers and such. That is just fantastic. I'm gonna get her old yearbook from back then and post a picture tomorrow but I did manage to find pics of one of the parades.

That 7-11 is about 3 minutes from my house. To the right is the start of the town proper. I talk old school like that when Stormtroopers are involved.

That is the 7-11 on Annandale Rd. right before it hits Little River Turnpike. Seoul Plaza is straight across the street as well as the Safeway and all those apartments buidlings and the old BB&T bank is over to the left. The Bank of America on Columbia Pike is behind it about a block away.
