A lot of members will argue that you'll need one to save your tires or you DON'T need one to save tires. Ultimately, I think it depends on the driver and the roads/conditions to determine this myth.

A camber kit will help align your wheels front or rear. The fronts can not be adjusted with oem parts, but the REAR can. That's why people will tell you don't waste money on one. This is true for the rear. Don't forget to align your toe settings to 0.

No camber kit club.

It's NOT necessary for DD. Bad toe + negative camber is what kills your tires. Good toe settings with negative camber does zero to barely minimal wear on tires.

All this is confirmed by my own alignment guy that hooks up H-T members and has been doing it for years. He himself is running -3, and his tires are wearing evenly...and so have mine.

Ultimately if you track/autox, adjusting your camber according to the track and/or conditions with a camber kit is another story.

Also depends on your tires. I have NITTO Neogens, which are supposdly made to account for camber wear, with a little more rubber on the inside so it wears equally... I dunno.

I don't know what you were trying to say, but the front is in fact adjustable, while the rear is not.

I'm dropped like 2.7" up front with no camber kit, yet it's aligned to factory spec. I have sn SPC kit in the rear, also aligned to spec.

Personally, I think huge neg. camber looks stupid on a DD, so I opted for the camber kit.

i bought a camber kit, and honestly found that it was too hard to install myself and shops wanted to charge me 300 dollars to adjust the camber if i had installed the kit myself.

im not going to say its a waste of money, but it is ur preference. i still havent gotten an alignment since i dropped my car :skurred:
