I'm sure it's to match up some other powder coating work that is getting done......even if not, remember the gold header wrap.....maybe Dre just to give a random part a shot of colour to spice things up a bit in the engine bay.

Yes the the trans is getting coated to match the motor along with almost anything I can powder coat inside the engine bay. I'm also going to get the intake manifold polished.That should hopefully happen in the next 2 weeks when the motor should be done being put together along with the mounts being finished. Today we got the CRV timing mount and a few other things and finished the trans mount and started to line up the motor along with axles etc getting everything in place for the mock up of the brackets which will be made since the measurements are done. The axles with my drop and current setup overall is near perfect position also which is great. Just need to finish up more work on the mounts and start welding in the brackets etc. Here are some random pictures from earlier in the day. Got some beat up 17" Mille Miglia Spider's today same kind Dracord had on his car, these will be on the car till I get this project done the weather is starting to get worse and worse I don't want to risk scewing up my tires and wheels having them sit on the car.

Trans mount done, pass side next, Drift the wheels where $30 bucks with tires just something I can let the accord sit on for now. So much work ahead grinding and shaving before paint.
