Alright I got the v6 and I decided to drain the fluid out the tranny can someone please tell me how many quarts i need to replace the fluid and what is the preferred brand other than honda atf.

honda atf zf1 i think or w/e. its 2.7-2.8 qts.

You just decided on a whim that it would be a good idea....or is there a good reason for changing the fluid? If you really feel its necessary to change the fluid, you'll need 9 quarts for a 3x3 drain and fill (Drain and then fill with 3 qts....do this three times total) to get all of the old fluid out. And there is no other "preferred brand". You just use honda atf.
