yo wasup man. welcome... try searching for what you want because most likely youll find all the answers you need.

usually, bolt ons are good for some HP, price depends on which route you wanna go. some brands are cheaer than others, so it all about preference.

heres a few off the top of my head
- intake: sri or cai
- tb spacer
- headers
- exhaust

gl with your HP quest. =]

btw.. its VTEC not VTECH (thats a phone brand)

intake - get it only if you want hissling noise
tb space - get it only if you want to regret realizing it doesnt give you any performance help but more noise
header - get it only if you want louder exhaust
exhaust - get it only if you want to be a ricer




naw im just kidding....welcome bro, and yeah those are what you can start with, but just dont expect neck breaking HP increasement.....lol

the tb spacer, however, will give you very minimal gain tho....
