I've dealt with it before too Shahid, like people have used my car to sell stuff too.
You can't *really* stop them, and complaining to ebay rarely yields anything.
I do think the fobspeak tagline they added is hilarious though

best thing to do is to water mark the hell out of pictures you post. granted it takes away from the whole pic but its better. cuz no one is gonna add ps stuff to your car.
also if that doesn't fly as well, perhaps the first day of posting a new pic leave it as is, but after replace it with a watermarked pic... cuz all these people do is google the car and pick what looks good
