well, to answer all the clutch questions...

i have no idea... but since my clutch system is all brand new now, ill be sure to keep an eye on leaks and stuff. my pedal pressure isnt tooo bad, i can handle it.

as for today, its raining again. tomorrows supposed to be nice, so ima get back to work on wiring then. for now, i did a little bit of grinding on my manifold/turbo, just to clean it up more, but i have a strong feeling that ill be removing both parts in order to get better access to all the nooks, since i want it to be top notch. ill also most lilely take the turbo appart, re polish the cold side, and grind and polish the hot side, just so that when it does start to brown up and go all colorful, it will do it with a little more style then just goin brown LOL.

im also polishing my SSQV all over again, to get the spots i missed last time. ill have pics of that later tonight.

ill let you know for sure.

so today, i went out to continue trying to take the manifold off... i have come to the conclusion, that its ****ED.

two nuts are locked on the studs, and they are nearly all stripped to hell now. i started sawing off the little wings at the end of the nut, to see if i could ease the pressure, but to no avail. ive tried heating it, extreme pressure, lubrication/wd40... nothing is working, at all.

so, that being said, im gonna have to go out again, and buy new studs, new nuts, and then a saw or a grinding attachment for my drill so i can cut the nuts off the studs. im really really pissed off about this, but i suppose, its only 2 of them, and its better i found this out now, and can take care of it in my own time, instead of if there were a problem later, and i was under some kinda deadline.

i ended up giving up on the damn thing, and just got back to work on wiring. i got the engine power line redone, and i got most of the harness where i need it to be. im looking at about 5 sensor plugs, and i know where one or two go, but the rest... i got nothin. i am pissed off and frustrated cause i have nothing to go on as to whether or not i need the plugs connected, and i know that once i sit down, with a clear head, and read the wiring diagrams, ill be able to figure it out, but its annoying, and i want that damn harness section done so i can move on.

so, all in all, it was a pretty irritating and unproductive day. i got some stuff done, which is good, but am now set back because of the stupid manifold.

god, sometimes i hate cars.
