installing glow gauges

alright heres what i got

I have mostly everything removed.On the back there is the board with all the bulbs and circuits that looks like a computer.on the front everything is off except for the gauges and the needles,do i remove the needles?how would i do that?or what do i do next?

do not remove the needle.... just slide the indiglo gauges through the needles.... be careful not to break the needle tho
