oh yeah, the old version did have a few readings that were noticeably off, but I haven't seen that in the new versions.

Nice I'm gonna have to invest in it and would be nice to see all the other info that the app displays

Well, I use mine occasionally as another gauge set. I have it reading IAT, ECT, MPH, and MPH with GPS, and other stuff.

Basically you can see anything your car has a sensor or calculated data for.

-EDIT: usually I just use it as a radio. Hacking my phone to broadcast wifi, that the radio connects to, then Pandora, it was one of the best things ever! Or using bluetooth, which the OBD2 connector is on, also my phone see's the radio as a headset so I get hands-free calling.-
