Intake Temps

I am just wondering what temps the intake sees vs ambient temp? This morning my intake temps where 100F+ vs ambient which was mid 50sF. And I am wondering if this is normal or do I have an inake leak somewhere?

fairly not strange, no CAI? OEM sucks from engine bay, so you get hot air.

Check IAT when engine cold.

I did yesterday and it was equal to ambient, and yes I should have said that this is on the OEM intake my apologies.

No worries, I just come from the world of Ford where CAI are the norm from the factory. Unless outside temps are above 80* my intake temps on my SVT contour were only 10* above ambient unless it fell to around 50* then it was equal to ambient.

I am new to world of Honda so this is all learning for me.
