Not much is a straight swap, the Acura CL has more in common with the USDM 6GA than the CL9 or CF4. The Euro Accords of the same years are very different.

I am trying a find suspension and front lip spoiler and grille for my CG, but its very difficult here. But I found lots of CF4 and CL7/9 are available to pick up spares. I wonder if there is any part can be direct bolt on.
For the seat, I have seen others who fitted RSX one and it loos good but need to modify the frame. Unfortunately I don't have that welding knowledge.

Anything suspension related should be the same or relatively close.
Engines/Transmissions are interchangeable.
Interior can be made to fit.
Exterior will require more work.
That's the jist of it.

If you search on here, you will see various Coupes with interiors from a CL.
You will find sedans with interiors from a TL.
You will also find at least one sedan with the CF interior as well.
You will find a few Coupes/Sedans with CF4 fogs.

It was only made for 2 gens. Both have many things that swap over. But most people prefer to swap from the 01-03 CL as it was a much nicer car.
According to the replied info, the Acura TL parts fits better than CL7/9 and CF4 for CG?
Does the acura TL driver seat can bolt on the our CG accord? Which year acura TL?
For front lip spoiler and rear lip spoiler, which year and model can fit to our CG sedan accord directly without any modification works?

^99-03 TL parts can be swapped over. The 02-03 TL's are the nicest to get certain parts from, but some of the the 99-01 parts swap over easier.
There are no Honda/Acura OEM lip kits that will fit the 6GA sedan without modification.
