Re: Interior fun (now with fabric ideas!)

I had to take a break. I'll finish it tonight. It's definitely not perfect by any means, with the thick fabric I'm using there's some wavy spots and imperfections, however IMO it looks good with the imperfections.

All I have left is finish my headliner and do the hardest two pieces, the back pillars. They are giving me tons of trouble. I shaved my sun visor/ mirrors, o **** handle, and my sun roof crap- It's Still there but I broke a damn piece :peek: so the interior door just doesn't open easily. O well I never use it.

I was pretty much doing this trial and error.

Definitely toughest thing I've ever done

I'm really happy with how it turned out. Picture doesn't do it justice. Had to go with a crushed purples fabric bc it was a great color. It's a mixture of purples. The thinner fabrics wouldn't work.

Metal tabs you bend, sooo easy!
i LOVE the irony in this.

lol.

Please elaborate. I love a lot of things and I'd love to love the irony. Hard exterior and a soft interior lol?

I agree with Chris, it completely sets off the door in that pic. It is bright, noticeable and different, but still without going "over the top". It looks so clean! I'm jealous now.
