Looks like someone bought if off someone else and is now selling it. Doesn't even look like it was ever bolted up to the motor.

ebay junk, there is a list somewhere on here that has all the parts you need to piece a turbo kit together, and probably where to get those parts for cheap.

someone wanna link that list of everything you need to make a turbo kit? Im on my phone and its hard
