is this normal for hids?

I have a hid kit and I noticed that if I turn on my high beams, the hids go on as well. Do all hid kits do this or is there something wrong with mine?

that how your light system work buddy. Even you don't have HID you just try to turn on the high beam then your low beam will be on also.

LOL Just curious how do you go about putting yellow high beam light and just let the high beam on only? Change the relay maybe?

our low beam stays on even after high beam's turned on....

therefore, regardless of hid being our low beam or not, our low beam will stays on......

and now, whats the problem?
