J32a1+'06 5spd auto, ecu problems (state reffed)

Hello, 1st time posting. I recently bought a state reffed 2000 honda accord that had a j32a1 and 06 accord transmission swapped in and need help with the ecu.
The ecu in the car is from a tl and the car starts and drives but I can't pull the vin from the ecu or program a key. As far as I know the engine bay harness is from the tl but the dash harness is stock accord.


If anyone could help or recommend a place that could in the SoCal area would be appreciated.

I was told by the first owner to get the non navigation dash harness from a 2002 tl base. I got one but there was a couple looses plugs that I couldn't find any forums or info on how to wire them.
