jdm inspire fogs on 01-02 coupe bumpers ?

been pondering if this can be modded to fit, havent seen anyone myself with this combo. Has anyone else seen this or done it ?

Too bad those are NOT JDM Inspire fogs, but JDM CF4 fogs.
