fix hood first. And it looks like your wheels are knockoffs of the konig monsoon which is a knockoff of the volk avs but definitely fix the hood thats more a civic and integra thing and only really functional for those with k20 swaps your car doesn't fit into and of those categories so avoid imitating that. as for rims if your budget is low and being 15 check out tirerack they have a wheel guide that can slap some wheel on your car to give you an idea what your car will look like on those rims or goto discount tire, believe it or not they can get you premium wheels too and or sign up for their promotions 90/180 days same as cash so you can get the wheels you want
